PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. Received a letter allegedly from the Homeless Asian Society (does not exist), containing very offensive and racist language. This number was at the top of the letter.

This number called twice. Thanks to all on this site - I ignored both calls. As a personal policy, I don t answer calls on my mobile, cos I only give it out to family.....and in any case I only use it for texting.

This number rings everyday, but only on my mobile, I never answer to numbers I don t know and they never leave a message.

Caller left message: “Your card is being used abroad!” Press 1 for further information. I haven’t been abroad and I haven’t lost my card. Deleted message.

Ringing this no back, recorded message claiming to be NHS & say they will call again. Some sites say this is an appt reminder, but it s certainly not that in my case. A search on my local NHS, Betwsy Cadwalader shows no knowledge of this number. I have now blocked this caller.
