Asked for a "Mr. Raymond"; when informed he had the wrong number, he requested my name to add to their caller registry. I declined, and he tried to tell me something about investing. I ended the call early by saying I had stuff to do. Overall the guy on the other end was very respectful and polite, and had a very mild Indian accent, so I think he might've been legit. Of note, however, is that my number is a Canadian number.
Scam email extensively linked to this number saying you have been billed for norton type product (that supplies "anti-protection" :-D) that you need to phone the number urgently to cancel! Dont waste your time.

Heavily accented person telling me he could reduce my phone bill charge. I told him he was not from Ashford! He kept talking so I told him to stop reading from his script and he hung up. Number now blocked by me.

Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.

Phoned back several times., but got no reply. However, it turned out that my family member had been taken to hospital. He was on an emergency system at his home as he lives alone. Text from this number claims to be from Barclays saying a payment was set up to someone. It included a link, which I didn't use, as I don't bank with Barclays. Obviously a scam.
It's either a charity marketing for more donations or an IT training company looking for people to buy courses. Neither bad but can be annoying
