Seems like a new scam number just called me offering me a discount on my existing T-Mobile contract and when I said I knew they were talking rubbish and must be a scam as I don't have T-Mobile. Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
I was called by number 090432929, not 09043967, and this number is from Great Britain? I don't know anybody from Great Britain! We keep getting calls from strangers who most likely just want to sell us something, but I don't even pick up the phone anymore when we receive such calls and the number is not from my hometown. For that reason I once again don't know who exactly called us this time, but it's annoying!
