I received a cold call from this number. The caller claimed to be from Microsoft. The company is actually called 365 IT Care and appears to have no link with Microsoft.

Graham George and their rep Jason were more than helpful in the service they provided me, even when all of the paperwork was lost by the government department. They resubmitted it the next day a decision was made a week later.
