SCAM Survey Sales call Fraud Hard to understand accent They start to ask about dishwashers, fridges etc. Then they ask about life insurance and investment. Unsure where did they get my phone number and name. Please don't disclose any personal info. It is probably a scam.

Called from this number (01923675325) claiming that £1100 had been taken from my bank and to press 1 to report it

This is a scam company trying to sell services for stock trading. They use a multiple mobile back up numbers also. They are always non English natives with Russian, east European, Indian accents featuring. They will offer to send you a clickable What's App link which is possibly infected with a Trojan virus or takes you to a website. They will keep calling no matter you telling them you are not interested. Definitely avoid.

Automated call saying a charge needed verification for my credit card used abroad

Asian guy called claiming to be from the National Grid and wanted my details, including DOB, saying that power in my area was getting shutdown. An obvious SCAM.

Usual SCAM - this time looking like a local phone no - they're getting sneakier! Same old Automated Scam message - Amazon & International Money Transfer (aye, aye..,heard this **** for years). Then they invite you to press 1 or 2 to speak to your Scammer - for Identity Theft, or Fraud. Fraud A man with a heavy accent told me that someone tried to draw money from my account. He did not give a bank name or anything else. I asked him to repeat his first phrase that came without a greeting or any other polite introduction. Not his name, not an organisation. I interrupted him to tell him that I knew exactly what kind of fraud he was trying on me and he broke the connection at once. The number seems to be in the Manchester area.

SCAM : Another SCAM ... same as for tel.no. 01505827322 on 23 Feb 13:12. Again this was a recorded message claiming that I have a charge from Amazon and an International Bank charge ... IT'S A SCAM.

a lady with eastern european accent called enquiring about the subscription to my DNA MyHeritage account. didnt seem formal and she was on the streets as I can hear people and traffic. either the site is full of scammers or has been hacked.

This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.

Another scam number, automated message pretenting to be from our card issuer that there is suspicious activity. This is the second call this morning from a number started from 01256 with different end digits. Do NOT press 1 or 2 as suggested. Number blocked now.
