I have just had a call from this number, when I answered they called me by my first name, said where they were calling from and I said I have not been involved in any accident nor has any member of my family. He said that was fine & for me to have a nice day and a happy Xmas!! I have now blocked the number.

Mine is from F1 magazine trying to get me to take out a subscription, I did fill in something on facebook and now I am rang every day at the same time.

This number keeps ringing me - my boyfriend answered it once (after many calls i refused to answer) and it was a man asking for another womans name. my boyfriend said he had the wrong number and it was left at that. However i have since had more calls from this number. I am very reluctant to answer it and i wish it would stop calling!

Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. They asked for me by my real name which i never use. Said they were calling from talk talk about upgrading my package. I told the girl i don t have a package with them, and she quickly replied that she was calling from Thomson Local. I enqired "Thompson Local?" To which she answered that she will call me back. There isn t a UK prefix 0111 so the number is fake. Rule of thumb, if the number isn t genuine, neither is the reason for the call.

Similar to other comments - caller said he was from Microsoft and said my computer had been sending them warning messages. Wanted me to log on so he could fix it ! He was a bit confused when I said I only had Apple computers and not Microsoft and then hung up when I told him that I would refer this to Action Fraud!

Cost 1.50p per minute without even telling you in advance. I attempted to call the back and found a ?5 charge on my phone bill, after only getting through to answer machine, bill NEVER again!! BEWARE do not call this number or you ll pay!!
