Rang me, hung up when I answered, hung up when I rang back to complain - what a lovely company!!

2nd time they have phone me.

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

01515150604 13:14 13/06/2012 Received a call from this number, when I answered the guy introduced him self but did not disclose the company he was working for I asked him the purpose of his call and he wanted to HELP me. I then turned the tables on him and asked him what sort of help he could give me he then went on to sell me compensation for the ACCIDENT I had, He new more about the accident than i did as i have never had an accident. I then asked him why he thought I had an accident and needed his help.

Got a call today from a foreign woman claiming to be from "Consumer Lifestyles" asking me to do a survey on my "lifestyle" ie shopping habits, likes and dislikes, all the usual crap to illicit personal details from you and even how to stop unwanted calls!! Boy, did I laugh especially when I said "Like the one your giving me now!" Freaked my mum out, because they knew her name and postcode already. They tried to get her bank details to issue a refund from talk talk. She rightly told them no and they got abusive and hung up.

Apparently this is a company called Action Legal which I am guessing is calling me regarding the accident. Funnily when I call back a girl named Emma picks up and refuses to ans...

They keep calling me, in the states. I thought it might be business or a friend, but just a gent with an Indian accent starting a pitch. I think the "block" feature on my android should be on all phones, then these fellows will have to work for a living. Nice story, the one above "Manchester".
