They rang about an inclusive holiday we had been on which me and my young daughter had been hospitalised and put on a drip due to food poisoning. They have helped me lodge a claim with my tour operator for compensation, free of charge! I don't usually speak to people that cold call me but they have been very helpful indeed.

It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus).
