Automated call stating that £300 & £1,100 had been taken from my card. “Press 1 to cancel”. I pressed 1 to try and find out who was calling. Was told by a guy with a foreign accent that the call was from London Paddington. He asked the reason for my call and then asked for my full name. At that point I put down the phone and registered this number. Obviously this was a fraudulent call.

Scam scam. Telephone Scam from your card services saying that Amazon have spent £300 and also a £1000 international transfer. This is a total scam. They are fishing for your information to defraud you from your own money. Different numbers are ringing me constantly with the same scam from all over the UK. Every time you search them. They all say that it has no reports against it so I am taking the time to do. These reports just abuse them on the phone, take out all your frustration and anger on them.

Indian accent with British name stating he is calling from O2, then said he noticed I'm not O2 and asked how much I pay and said that he could give me a £6 per month deal. Sadly this IS British gas I phoned them and they admitted that yes they do make presumptive appointments for smart meter installs with the onus on the customer to cancel them The appointment was also on my British Gas online account There is currently NO obligation to have smart meters installed Sadly you cant cancel the appointment online you have to phone them Ive not cancelled yet but put my details in an online complaint and instructed them to cancel it If need be Ill make the call before the appointmen
