SCAM I get these calls every day 2 rings and hang up. The last 4 digits are always different. I have had 23 of these calls and they all come from Trafalgar Square.

I was called by this number threatening to disconnect my internet because my IP address had been compromised and to press one to speak to a technision is this a scam.

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with pension reviews ("Pension Advice Bureau"), accident claims, payment protection (PPI). I got a call from Michelle Williams from CFS Group and she asked to speak with CEO. She claims it’s not a sales call but “a revenue tax and trade supply matter”. When I asked if she was in contact with the CEO before or if she has his contact details, she replied negatively saying “no, this was just brought to my attention”. She asked if the CEO can give her a call back.
Got yet another call today and three yesterday with the above number saying I took a loan out with Halifax in 2004 and paid it back 2008 saying they were PPI and I had money coming back to me..they were Indian . Sick of these calls all the time, they re so persistent.

Calling regarding delivery of previously ordered furniture.
SCAM 01392433831 called me today approximately 11pm on my landline - I don't say anything when i answer and wait for the caller to speak first - but when I took the call it had a very noisy background like a call centre, but no discernible conversations then the caller hung up. This is a typical nuisance call - usually from overseas with heavily accented BT/O2/Vodafone/EE 'Technician' wanting to access my accounts etc. They always hangup if i don't say anything first.

Received several calls from this number over the last week, including two within ten minutes of each other. This is harrassment. They think that if they bother you for long enough you will give up and answer their calls. I NEVER answer calls from numbers that I don t recognise.
