Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from.
