This company is a debt collector. When they called me last month I rang them back and gave them all my info and they confirmed they had no record of debt at any of my previous addresses or under my name. I asked them if they would be so kind as to remove my number being that I had no debt or business with this company and they were happy to do so. SCAM of some kind - this person says her name is Olivia and has called 10 times over the last few days. Says she's calling from Virgin Media Technical department, when challenged she hangs up. Originally asked me to give information on my internet and how many devices I own.
Got a call from 0208 415 1292 claiming to be from HMRC with an automated message saying that I have tax evaded, without stating my name or anything, and the message carries on saying that they have a warrant on me :P honestly!?!?!?!?... they carry on asking me to press this and that button, which I didn't ofc... I hung up... Careful guys when you get calls from unknown people asking you to press this button or that, you may be giving way for hackers to clone your phone.
