I was called by this number and was offered a 30% discount on the next bill. They had my email address and they asked me to give them 1 time pass code. However when the conversation continued and I was asked the security sensitive questions I refused to answer Definitely a scam!

I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. Someone called Vincent phoned me from this company claiming to be calling regarding my computer support.
Asked for me by name. I asked who was calling. He said it was in response to my putting my name down for more information and asked me what kind of investing I was looking to do.
