I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. I received a call today from this number. They knew my name and told me they were ringing about my computer and that someone had tried to hack into it twice. I responded by saying no one tried to hack into my computer and how did you get this number and they hung up. This was clearly a scam but the scary part about it was that I could hear he was in a call centre.
