SCAM. They sent me a text saying they were from USPS. The message was as followed: The USPS package arrived at the warehouse but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link. https://usps.deliveeroccy.com (Please reply 1, then exit the text message and open it again to activate the link, or copy the link and open it in your Safari browser). Cold call claiming to be about my Life insurance from "MEH", they had my name but no details as to who my provider(s) were. Talking about issue of not being covered due to non-disclosure for older policies. Claimed not to be sales, but during the call I did hear in the background applause and cheers (which indicates someone did make a sale in the same room). I suspect it is a scam designed either to sell you a product or get information about your existing products

Hid my number and called back. The phone was answered and it was about Sky scanner about booking flights that I did not initiate. SCAM.

Someone speaking an Asian language called at 8am. When he realised I had answered he switched to English to tell me my broadband had been hacked. Asked the name of his firm - BT. Told him I would deal with it and hung up. Rang BT but the number was not theirs! how surprising. Number now blocked.

Recorded message purporting to be from Santander Bank for someone who no longer lives at our address. Asked for a key to be pressed to continue. I hung up.

Automated call SCAM supposedly a bank security warning. I have had a spate of these from various numbers in the last few days, with the same female-voiced, automated message, warning of "suspicious" payments made from my bank to Amazon and international transfers. the usual "press 1" to acknowledge the message, "press 2" to speak to someone. blocked.

Text claiming to be from Santander. "Santander: We're currently processing the pending transaction of £754.13 to Mr Daniel Grant. If this was NOT you, visit: manage- unauthorised-requests.com" Since the domain host for that is "porkbun.com", it seems unlikely to be a genuine Santander message.

Scam calls, usually related to Crypto. These people have been harassing me for over a year due to the previous owner of my phone number having filled out an inquiry on their website. They call from numbers generated in the UK and across Europe/Asia. The number is not in service when you try to call it back.

Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.

Recorded message claiming that my order from Amazon had been processed and that several hundred pounds had been charged to my card. Also claimed that if I had not made the order to press 1 to speak to customer services. Obviousl a scam so I hung up. DO NOT PRESS 1.

The call was in relation to a card payment. The call seems fradulant as the card type mentioned was visa and this was wrong.
