Caller claimed the loft insulation I had installed would cause condensation and things had changed since the loft was last surveyed. He tried to pressure me into an immediate survey. When I asked if he knew when the last one was, he said he was new at the job & his manager would call me to arrange a survey today. When I started to speak defensively he ended the call. Trying to hard sell an immediate survey with bogus claims
Called once per day for a week. Left no message on my answerphone and when I did take the call the caller began a script that mentioned "government scheme to reduce my heating bills by 75%". I said "please remove me from your list", they hung up and the calls have continued. I don't answer.
