I was called by this number today. Reading other comments, it seems to be a TalkTalk fraudster. I get maybe 6 calls a week from varying numbers, all of which pretend to be from ...
I think it's a scam. A robotic voice said something like my personal details had been accessed. I stopped the call after a few seconds.
An Asian lady phoned 3 times even though I tried to block the call. She alleged I had a Microsoft computer problem. She was very insistent but hopefully I have blocked her number.
Fake HRMC saying you owe tax.

Spammy SEO call which will harass even on mobile numbers. They are going to put everyone on the first page of Google. (at the moment). Just ignore and add the number to your PPI, Cheaper telecoms, SEO, Energy harassment numbers.
