I told her she didn t know who I was, but insisted my phone number was displayed and matched to the database. When you try to call back, you have an Asian female who just giggles and will not state which company she is calling from. The opening speech was along the lines of I m calling because you were in a car accident that wasn t your fault, is that right? .
