I have been charged for 2 calls to this number which I never made £30.00 odd . Phoned 3 customer service- unhelpful! I cannot make personal calls from my office and these were made on a Monday morning whilst I was at work. be very careful

this number asked if I wanted cheaper phone contract and then asked for all my personal details. I aske them to email me the detail of there offer. they took my email address and never sent anything.... MOST PROBABLY A SCAM !! SCAM

They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

Supposedly from my daughter new phone as old one is broken request to message her Had this type of message before they then request you pay an important bill as she they cannot access internet banking I know its a scam as my daughter lives abroad and we only use messenger On one such message I asked how her Dad was reply was he is good little did they know he had been dead for some years

Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Now thinking about it castration without anaesthetic would be better.
