Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. This company are based in Brighton and are trying to get you to make charitable donations to various charities.... As I already donate to a charity of my choice I do not wish to be bothered by these types of calls. I m also signed up with TPS so shouldn t get them anyway... I found their direct number which is 01273 698697 and asked them to remove both my numbers from their database... Lets see what happens...

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.

Saying the successfully pursuited a PBA claim for me but failed to provide the document i signed agreeing they could have 39% of the fee! Several intrusive,informal and insulting phone calls since and reluctant to cooperate with them.
