He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. Got a call from someone today claiming to be from trada even though we do not have regular dealings with them and they have no reason to call. Asked to speak to my director when i said he was no available said he would send an email and call back. Wouldn t say what it was for or anything. Keeps calling, very annoying.

Claims to be BT openreach technical department. couldn't confirm account holder name. wanted me to use laptop or computer to check speeds. Told him I had done that already this morning and was quite happy with it but he was insisting I tried it on my computer or laptop. I was apparently overpaying for the speed i was getting and should be refunded.?!?!? hung up at that point, I couldn't be bothered listening anymore.

SCAM they call/leave a message telling that they are HRMC and that if you don’t call them back you’re going to get arrayed. HRMC website confirmed that this is not how they operate and this is a scam.
Calling me several times a day, even through I'm a sole trader (under GDPR they should not contact me for marketing) and I've asked them to stop. Still calling me.
