Tries to con you into giving electricity details and the end of contract date so that they can basically fill up their CRM system with leads for future calls. Said that they worked with my supplier but couldnt tell me who it was. They are obviously a telemarketing company who are looking to sell details to electricity suppliers for future sales. I politely declined and she thanked me for listening and hung up.

Just ditto the above message really-I also rang back and got the same automated message-held for a while to listen to the music then hung up.

This number has called me several times over the last couple of days. I phoned back today as it is a local number and actually got an answer John at Assist Financial. Looked this up and yet again it is another hard sell scamming PPI company. When will something be done about these low life harrassing companies. Also apparently, they are based in Wilmslow, so how do they get to use the local 01933 dial code? Or is this another development in the scammers armoury?

I had a phone call of This number on Monday and the lovely lady on the other end of the phone spoke with such great manners, she said I could possibly be entitled to a free pension review and went through the criteria with me to my delight I did, she explained that someone had to come to my house and show me the liscence and legitimate documents, the courier came and was lovely I have realised I was getting over charged and switched my pension provider to some thing a lot cheaper? My 81 year old father was targeted and asked to insure his 4 year old Indesit washing machine. Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers

This number called me this morning insisting they were my bank trying to prevent fraudulent transactions from a cloned card, then asked me to read out the digits on my card!! They didn't know which bank and stated it was an amazon transaction for £300 that was the fraud, this is tosh and I told them so, beware, they are very persistent even when called out.
