They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

I ve an italian number so I don t know how they can have my phone number. I live at London and I know nobody who lives at Bolton. I received many calls from this number but was always a silent call, probably it is a scam, be careful.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. Missed call from this number which left voicemail, very heavy African accent, female automated voice, sounded a bit garbled. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker" I ve heard of this scam doing the rounds, I ve now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.
