Company called to say I needed to renew the insurance for my sky equipment but I don t have sky, I think this is probably some sort of scam.
This number called twice today and twice yesterday, listened to most of my answering machine message (which beings with "This number is registered with the TPS, if this is a sales call and none of the occupants at this number hold an account with your organisation, please remove this number from your marketing list") and then hangs up without leaving a message. Don't usually answer a call unless I know who it is and it's logged into my phone but this number has called a few times so today I answered it & responded as I always do to any number I don't know by asking "where did you get my number?" - they don't answer the question. I just repeat, "where did you get my number?" and repeat repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat .........until they get bored & hang up. They don't call again!

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
