I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

I'm getting constant spam calls and email from these people. Told them to stop, they have not done. Never subscribed to them, and there is no unsubscribe button. Company has no respect for anyone. Clearly have no clue about UK GDPR law - Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased.

I answered and they hung up, tried to return the call but it says the number isn't recognised.
Rang regarding supposed barclaycard from before 2010 and only knew my 1st name! Became aggressive and annoyed. When questioned how he got my number he slammed his phone down!
Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.
This number called twice. Thanks to all on this site - I ignored both calls. As a personal policy, I don t answer calls on my mobile, cos I only give it out to family.....and in any case I only use it for texting.

Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". One very confused caller hung up in despair.
