Got a message about an apprenticeship I recently applied for, they said they "need to carry out a short the phone call" in order to progress. Received a call on my mobile on 16 Feb 2023. Caller said he was ringing about my network. Saw his name had come up as Dr David Fenton.i hung up as I thought it was a scam. Checked online and the caller showed as a Dermatologist in Harley Street London

Automated call SCAM Rang my number and had auto answer set in car. They immediately hung up when I said hello. Typical scam call centre. Don't deal with these people who do not have permission to call TPS protected numbers.
Telephone call from 07979 752324 at 10:23 on Thursday 23 March. Female caller requested one minute to ask personal questions. Replied "no", however female caller carried on speaking. Did not answer any questions. Believe caller fishing for personal information in order to start some type of fraud. Female caller then terminated call, so number then blocked immediately.

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.
