Received a call from this 020 37270486, there was an automated message stating that the call is from HMRC and there was a fraud case linked to my name and if I didn’t press 1 to speak to an advisor I’d immediately go to jail. I then got connected to an advisor with non british accent that asked me my name, I was busy looking the number up online so told the person to hold the line and he hung up immediately. SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

Called our TPS registered number trying to sell insurance.
SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.

Had 8 phone calls of this number in the last 2 weeks, did not answer for most of them as abroad when home and did answer there was just background noise so hung up.
This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!
This may be a scam call, 3 times today but never leaves a message.9
This is a loan scam, they say your accepted for a loan and then ask for an advance fee payment. You never see the loan and they deny they ever spoke to you, let alone give you the money back. Based in Mumbai India.
