Almost certainly this number has been made up, like most of the others I have been getting from the criminals. Looking at other sites, I see a number of people have been bothered by calls apparently from it, sometimes repetitively. Often nobody has spoken, but in at least one case there was reportedly a message about telephone service so it is likely to be more repercussion resulting from Talk Talk s leak of private information. In my case the call did not get answered and I will not be calling back.
It was a number I was asked to text from my daughter who had lost her phone. I don’t have a daughter and msg started ‘hi mum’ I am a man. Lol

Asian female reportedly from "Windows Tech Support" called to tell me that that they had received numerous error messages from my computer and that she was there to help. Ran off a load of numbers and letter supposedly from my computer licence and when asked to repeat it the numbers and letters did not match. When asked to supply I.P. address hung up. "Windows Tech Support" would never ring. Total scam.
