I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites). Definitely a scam, automated call stating my National Insurance number was at risk of being put on hold due to it being linked to illegal activity.
