Shocking establishment. So pushy that I ended up booking an appointment just so I could express my disgust to someone face to face. Unbelievable that they are allowed to handle personal pension data.
A pre-recorded message saying someone is suing you - they pretend to be from HMRC - THIS IS A SCAM - ignore and do not press 1 when asked to do so.
Received a Text Message, stating my full name, including middle, asking for me to call them on 01706 388 772 in regards to a supposed account number, though no previous attempts of them calling me ? If its debt collecting shouldn t it be in writing?

SCAM / SPAM Phoned by an Indian woman going on to ask me about my Microsoft computer! I immediately know it's a recognised scam and shout at her before she ends the call. Called back the number to find it is not recognised!
03000512262 called at 11.47am on Tuesday 02.11.2021 did not leave a message - no idea who it is but they have called previously. People who don't leave messages or speak should not be allowed to use a phone.

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. SCAM Said they were BT, and our line was about to be cut off. So, not neutral folks, it's a scam. They can cut our BT landline if they want. We're in Hull on Kingston Telecom, so no BT landlines here. Their office location is said to be in London, on or close to Trafalgar Sq. ... so very close, the Met could pick them up. But somehow doubt that will happen.
