Wanted to give me a discount as I was a loyal customer. Then tried to get my bank details and debit card number to check that I was the correct customer. When I put the phone down a supervisor called me back and asked the same questions, when I said that they should know I didn t pay my bills by debit card and that I thought the call was a scam he cut the call.

Now using 0161 850 1033 same story,they and others pressurisng my wife to make a claim following a minor car accident 2 years ago. I grabbed the phone and told them to drop it I would be taking action. Reported to ICO.org.uk and blocked the number. My business suffered through fraudulent claims and people need to make a stand against these parasites

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Just been called by someone claiming PPI. Before he started I said Please remove me from your list and hung up. They rang again. I didn t answer. They left a message saying Fuck you, Heleh 3 times!!!! I m busy, I didn t ask for their interruption and then they leave this abuse. I m fuming. How do you make an official complaint?
