Claimed to be Natasha from Link Group, I refused to transfer her call to a director, but she allowed me to take a message, which she tried to make sound genuine and urgent. Clearly not.

My wonderful BT 6500 stops my phone ringing everytime these fishing scammers call, and they call a lot normally after 8pm. Wish I could give them payback.

as above they called to say we agreed to fund local school, then became aggressive when we refused to pay them money. Have checked them out, they are not a charity. They are registered on companies house under 10140828 a whole saler, no accounts filed and if you try to look at their reports, Norton blocks it as dangerous.

If your call is soooooooooooooooooooooo important then simply leave a message and I will decide to call you or not. If you can t be bothered to leave a message then F O and DO NOT CALL BACK. Caller knows I ve applied for power of attorney for my husband ? HOW ?? Reason for call - my husband may be due for refund PIP. Said he ll call back in one month when power of attorney should be completed !! This number has now been blocked on my phone. I won t get involved with unsolicited phone calls.

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I explain that I am neither of those names and they respond with "you re there, you ll do" and they are a nuisan

Answered call and a young man asked to speak with me by name in regard to private pensions, when he found that I was already retired & receiving a state pension, he said sorry for troubling me and ended the call.
