Okay I worked here. For a start they are illegal. It s not a paperless environment. They lie to get deals. They miss-sell and soon orange are going to be pulling the contract off them anyway. They can write down your bank details and commit fraud. However they slag off other company s such as convergys which do it right and by the books.
