This number called me. There was a bit of noise in the background, i said hello twice and then a male voice of what i would guess is south Asian descent said "do you love me?". I replied "What?" assuming i'd mis heard and he just repeated the same question so i hung up.

This is an unknown company based in the Phillipines. It came up on my phone as +63 1923095793, then rang off. It rang again, three seconds later and displayed as 01923095793
SCAMMER: Indian, female voice said that there had been illegal activity on my internet line. Said she was from BT and that somebody had conducted illegal activity and it was recorded on their server. Played a long for a little while then let the scamming witch know what she is.
Blocked by our BT blocking phone. Caller does not provide their name, so BT blocks the call
