daily missed calls from this number, no messages left. The one time I did answer a young female voice asked for my name, I said "why, who have you called?" she said she couldn t tell me because of data protection?? I have blocked the number, but still get called daily, even on Saturdays and Bank Holidays!

This number is Dual Energy an electricity/gas supply company whom I have an account with.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Knew my name and congratulated me for being entitled to a PPI refund.

This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?
