Possibly a scammer. Automated call claiming to be from Amazon stating account had been charged for £799’ish and that account was now on hold. . . .

SCAM!!! Posing as “SKY” Trying to tell me that my router has problems on it and wanted me to type into my computer certain information but Soon as I told him I was a police officer and the line is currently being traced he hung up! Funny that! ???????????? PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!

SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

Bank scam. A recorded message from "bank security" telling you some large amount of money had been transferred from your bank account. You are suggested to press "1" for further information and certainly, have your money stolen when you give your bank details. Beware!!!!!!!

I came searching for this number because I received email from them impersonating themselves as Credisprings.uk. They said my loan was accepted and I could have it straight away in my bank account. But at the end, they wanted £70 upfront to release the loan. Its definitely a scam because I went to the company official website and they said they never ask for money upfront. Beware!

I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. SCAM: Caller explained someone in Reading had created a fake Amazon account my name, & wanting to buy an iphone 12 which would cost me £700. They didn't think I had ordered it and so wanted to know if I was accepting the order or not. I said I was not giving anything out over the phone wother than I hadn't ordered the phone. He started giving instruction for me to access my laptop. He swore at me when I said I wasn't going to help and he hung up
