This number calls unsolicited and asks "If you want to speak to one of our advisors, please press 2". I have no clue who it is and it calls on a regular basis

Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.

Called to offer me a better rate on my mortgage. I don t have a mortgage and they asked if I wanted my details removed, I said yes and was told this could take 1 business day. 23 hours later I received another call, I ve since had a call yesterday and today. Next time they call I m going to get the full company name and complain to the ICO.

This number called me, I didn t answer but tried to check online who it might be but was unsuccessful. I rang back the number back, it went to voicemail "Jason here, can t come to the phone blah blah. . . leave a message . I did not leave a message but rang back again & a woman answered Hi this is Andrea from Play Lottery how can I help you . I checked all the contact numbers on the Lottery website & this isn t one of them!! Does anyone know what authority to report this obvious fraudulent number to?

They asked about a car accident that want my fault. I asked where they got my number from and he gave me some nonsense about the rta department . Which obviously doesn t exist. Then the man seemed annoyed with me and hung up. I never did find out how he got my number.

These cretins call me at least 8 times daily. same scammy call My advice is to always do what I do with these scam type calls; 1. use your phone to make a recording of 1 second of silence. (keep this 1 second silence in your ringtone or media folder) 2.Save the recording and call it scamtone or something. 3. then enter the scammy number into your address book as ; scam1, scam2, scam 3 etc. Each one represents a different scammy number that you get over time. 4. finally, associate the 1 second of silence with each scammy number as a ringto

Called today in reference to reducing my debt i asked how they had acquired the number asked for the number to be removed from data base they hung up.

Male, didn t give name just company called me this morning to say my computer license would run out tomorrow unless I renewed it. I hung up and did 1471 to r8ng straight back - number doesn t acceptake calls. Do not give any details or pay Money this is a scaman.
