Case debt management, told me they were calling about secured and unsecured debts (Clearly they do not know The difference between the two of these) and did i have any credit cards or loans? Told them i didn t and could they take me off the list. Guy was then really sarcastic and loud down the phone at me. I m registered with tps but they get round it by using mobile numbers. Scumbags. SCAM I received a call from this number at 14;45 today [27/5/21], purporting to be from Amazon and telling me that £399 has been charged to my card for some purchase or other that I most definitely have not made! The call was a recorded message, and invited me to Press One if I haven't made such a purchase. I DID NOT PRESS ONE! These calls should be illegal.
I am a bank member of staff and I can tell you categorically that this is a scam message sent by fraudsters who ask you to call the number, they then ask you for your account details and security details and then attempt to defraud you.PLEASE BE VERY VIGIL
