This is a genuine call/text from HSBC Fraud Department. Thought it might be a scam so I contacted HSBC from the number on the back of my Business Commercial Card and they put me through to their Fraud Department who knew all about the contact request without me having to provide the reference number. Waiting for a response ! I may be barking at the wrong tree though as its my mobile phone company, Vodaphone, that is charging 45p/minute as an access charge, whilst Glen Dimplex is charging max 10p per minute.
