Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!

Some guy, asked me how much I was paying for my telephone bill, claimed to be from Bee Online. I politely declined to tell him this information he said I was stupid and an idiot and hung up.
