I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

Cold call. Informed caller that my number is registered on TPS service to avoid such calls. Caller refused to believe and said would phone back later even though I instructed them not to.
