Sounds like an Indian or Pakistan gent who calls himself Paul/Peter/James/Andrew etc etc bank account thieves
They try to get you to commit insurance fraud by saying that you ve been injured in a motor accident when in fact you re perfectly ok. They go on to say that the insurance companies keep a certain amount of money set aside when a motor accident occurs. They reckon they can get you this money and it won t cost you a penny.
