scam calls does not leave a message or answer when you pick up don t call back or give your details to them

This number called our landline on 16/8/18 at 6pm. We didn't recognise number so guessed it was a scammer.

Repeated calls from 01924251348. Re: solar panels & government funding. There is no option to opt out. How do we stop these awful people?

It looks like a local number but it isn t. Don t be tricked into answering.

Received 20 plus calls in one week probably using auto dialler. I use free call blocker to stop them.

They are using automated calling software until they get an answer , called 27 times today... and over 200 times in the last month! We don t bother answering anyway , the call is rejected automatically!

Caller claimed to be from British Gas. Repeat calls from someone with a very strong accent who was very persistent in obtaining renewal information and bank details. I was very suspicious and do not trust them.

My experience exactly the same as previous contributor. This person is trying to get access to your computer, most likely for fraudulent purposes.

Constant calling generally without actual voice call. All times of day and night. Need to be reported to the authorities and/or BT.
