Missed a call from them and just went to dial tone on call back. I assume it's an automated call of some kind.

loud 'gentleman' Paul with asian accent calling from BT OUTREACH ....about my 'router'. Got very annoyed when I didn't believe him. When I asked him not to call again he 'assured' me that he would call again, rated dangerous because of his very aggressive attitude and his promise/threat to ring again.

Despite multiple calls and silence when I answered when I did eventually speak to someone this "random" at the other end of the phone kept saying I can t hear what you re saying then when I responded no to the only words I heard "accident and last 2 years" she mumbled then hung up. Kindly answer and tell them to fuck off

Claimed to be from Windows operating system and wanted me to login to my computer... when I got cross and asked for his name and number he said he was called Jack Andrewson and gave the above number. Told me unless I sat down at my computer and let him talk me through it then a malicious bug would wipe my files and affect my broadband speed. When I asked for his company s name he said "Ask PC Specialist". Dodgy as hell!
