kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID

This number called me pretending to be my bank, he knew my name, postcode and account details, he just kept asking me closed questions such as, Is this your name? Are these your account details? And was I happy with my current account? It suddenly occurred
Santander automated fraud line - called to check an unusual transaction. Didn't ask me anything dodgy (e.g. Pin/ card details) but did ask me three security questions e.g. "press 1 if this is (name)" and then asked to confirm a payment I'd made an hour ago "press 2 if you do not recognise the transaction on (date) for (amount) paid to (payee reference)."

This number has rang me sayin they are Natwest fraud team but had my name wrong and on correction they stuttered and hung up. Prior to this call they rang me and told me someone had spent over £1000 pounds in pc world the other end of the country within the last two hours!! Have not called back after they hung up. Xx
