Said overseas people had hacked my account and using it for illegal purposes, when I questioned who they were got really aggressive. Said I was going to call Virgin. I have and reported to their fraud team. I see from other sites that they try to get you to download an app saying it will protect you, but it doesn't.... 0141 536 0863 - Glasgow number but obviously a foreign connection as really poor

They will do anything possible to hide the fact that they are energy brokers which is actually against the Trading Standards but Ofgem will soon start to go after them. They will try to convince you to accept a new contract with them. DO NOT Trust them as they will get paid and you may end up with an expensive new contract.
