Keeps on calling me, finally answered and they told me they were Vodafone, asked me for my 4 digit pin and memorable password and told me I could upgrade my phone. This is NOT Vodafone, hang up on them.

As others asking for to many details of credit cards they stayed on the phone for 15 min before giving up

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.
