The phone rang and when I picked it up the phone went dead. Perhaps it was thieves trying to discover if the house was empty! Something the Police may wish to investigate.

Irritating and (obviously) scam call.
this company called my mobile number but when I tried to return the call the response is "no-one available to take your call2".
Actual person phoning about Life Insurance. We have no need for this call so it was blocked. Didn't say what company he worked for either.
called and asked who i was. ended the call when challenged. could be a scam or just a wrong number.

Obviously some crappy Call Centre because the number when rang back gives the message 'Sorry, that extension is not a recognised number' I have now blocked it.
