Called to threat that an arrest was out for me rang HMRC THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A BIG SCAM

Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. He told them to go ahead and try to disable the computer but nothing happened. He asked for the guy s name and number and he said he was Peter Connor and quoted this number. Someone must be able to track down these scum, wherever in the world they are and lock them up!

This number called my phone a few times,but everytime it will just rang for around 10 sec then it cut off itself.. then when i call the number back,rang around 30sec also didnt pick up..

Had a call today saying that they were a new company setting up in my local area and they already had a company in Leeds. Asked me if I drank water. Said no - he was surprised! This is a sales pitch company for replacement windows and doors.

Answered call and a young man asked to speak with me by name in regard to private pensions, when he found that I was already retired & receiving a state pension, he said sorry for troubling me and ended the call.
