Didn't answer them, they left no voicemail. I've been applying for loads of jobs recently so I assume it's either a call centre regarding that, or my numbers been sold on. I see it's calling all over the UK so I'm assuming it's a telemarketer. I'm located near Edinburgh. Number doesn't match a company or business on Google or facebook ????
Amazon scammer sounds south Asian
Two interruptions from this number today. This is a TPS registered domestic telephone number, but with no message left on my answerphone I can only assume it's spam or a scam.
SCAM Told me it was the royal mail and they wanted to send me an invoice for £1.55 for a packet with no postage. I asked how they got my number and they said the delivery office gave it to them. The supposed packet was in London and I am in Somerset. I called her bluff and said the delivery office did not have my number and she then hung up. They did not have an English accent.

SPAM Caller will ring your phone and then hang up upon hearing your voice but if you try to call the number back it is not recognised and an automated voice will say 'check the number and dial again', even though it just called you, my advice is not to answer and block instantly.

An answering machine claims that the blockchain organisation has blocked the Bitcoin wallet of the called user. In my case, this is obvious SCAM, as I have nothing to do with Blockchain or Bitcoin and I do not own a wallet.

This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

Call center - rang the number back and said it was 'sure cover' I've never had anything to do with them and constantly ringing. Blocked them yesterday but called again this morning on a different number! Wish they would take the hint when I am constantly ending the call on them. go away!! Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Call center Maintenance Company, asks if you have any issues, then asks if you're a home owner or tenant, if you're a home owner they will just put the phone down on you. If tenant I'm assuming more questions.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
